Dom Won Chang and his family founded one of the largest fast-fashion retailers in the US. They fully captured the “American dream,” having immigrated from South Korea in the mid-80s building their company from the ground up. For over thirty years, the Changs maintained a recognizable and fast-growing brand up until only a few years ago when the worldwide retailer suddenly filed for bankruptcy.
