You’ve probably heard of Cirque du Soleil. Maybe you have even seen a Cirque du Soleil show on a trip to Las Vegas or at a city in one of the seventeen countries the company is currently touring. Or, like me, you have never bothered to consider the company’s origins. Owing largely to the work of co-founder and former-CEO Guy Laliberté, Cirque du Soleil is such a force in show business worldwide that it seems to have always existed.
