If you’ve been keeping up with social media’s fashion trends, you will be aware that knitwear and y2k have made a comeback. One of the stars of these trends is London-based fashion brand Paolina Russo.

The brand was initially founded by Paolina Russo, who graduated with a masters in Fashion (Knitwear) in 2020 from the London fashion school, Central Saint Martins (CSM), which is also where British fashion designer and couturier Alexander McQueen attended. Russo’s interest in fashion began early on during her teen years, where she would spend her free time looking for vintage items in thrift stores in her hometown of Markham, Ontario, Canada. She would have her mom take photos of the outfits she pieced together and upload them to her blog, Calur Villade.
